I am a highly motivated IT Service Desk Analyst, with a passion for IT. I possess great communication and customer service skills which I put to good use when answering phones and replying to email. I have a great attention to detail, committing tasks to memory and remaining fully focused at all times. I am a quick learner and will pick up new software in a short period of time. I specialise in Windows-based operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals with some experience in OSX and Linux. I have experience with most basic software and ITSM tools. I have also attended several courses including DSL Diagnostics and problem management.
