Profile:

I am a highly motivated IT Service Desk Engineer with a passion for IT. I possess great communication and customer service skills which I put to good use when answering phones and replying to email. I have a great attention to detail, committing tasks to memory and remaining fully focused at all times. I enjoy being challenged and constantly streamline processes wherever I work by creating and utilising scripting tools. I specialise in Windows client and server operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals with experience in OSX and Linux. I am also familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (2003-2016) along with several internet browsers and all default Microsoft tools with the ability to learn bespoke applications with ease.. I attended a DSL Diagnostics course at one of the UK’s leading ISPs for Businesses, Zen Internet. I have also attended a course on problem management in IT.
